More than just a clinic,
a family
Real stories from parents who found the support they were looking for at Nova
When we first came to Nova, we were honestly a little lost. We knew something was going on with our son, but we didn't really know where to start or who to trust. What surprised us from the very first visit was how they listened, really listened. We never felt like just another appointment on the calendar.
Over time, that made all the difference. They didn't only work with our son, they took the time to guide us as parents too, so we understood what was happening and how to support him at home. There were hard days, but we never felt alone in it.
Looking back, I don't think of Nova as a clinic we went to. It genuinely became like part of our family.
The thing I'll always remember is the patience. My daughter wasn't easy to reach at first, she was closed off, and I was scared we'd waited too long. But nobody at Nova ever rushed her, and they never made me feel judged as a parent for the things I didn't know.
Little by little, I started to see her come back. More confident, calmer, more like herself. It didn't happen overnight, and I think that's what made it real, they were with us through the whole process, not just the good moments.
I'll always be grateful to the whole team. What they gave our family, you really can't put a price on.
